First ROW: 3 chain stitches, 1 double crochet ...

Second ROW: 3 chain stitches, 1 single crochet stitches in the arch of the previous series ...

Third ROW: 3 stitches - 1 double crochet into the 1 chain stitch of the three chain stitches, 1 double crochet stitches in the arch of the previous series ...
