A quick meal

We had our cousins family from village on Sunday with their little ones, aged 2,4,and 7 and we had everyone over to ours for supper.

I am not a show off person . i can’t do formal, so i cooked two daals, mixed veg dry without curry and made meetha rayta with grapes and raisins in curd, cut salad, there was prepared dough of multigrain atta in fridge to make hot chapattis and voila......virtually no prep, easy meal and suited the children too for dessert it was kulfi and gorgeous large nut cake from Mid Town (found in fridge.)

Previously i decided eating out and which was easy option but the children played together in-the front garden, the adults relaxed over a cup of tea and as the sun went down we headed indoors I was really pleased that we had opted to eat rather then dine out.

It was’t about the cost, it was about letting time stop for few hours, something we don’t do enough.

Grains ..i use to makemulti-grain chapattis...i used to mill them separately to make chapattis of each flour separately except the soy flour

My cousin loved our bath soap case and asked to make one for her

I had a spare one and handed over this to her to stack soap into it to exfoliate while sowerring

A cup of tea some biskit in the morning in front of computer

Shubhash chawk...on the right-hand to this statue is the way to our हाउस

Happy day!
