Mini break to mohali

Mini break on 14/12/2013. Mohali,Chandigarh. minervaacademy, guava orchard, picturesque villages, fields and car riding. That will be a blast so I'll see you all when We come back.

parked in the driveway there was a lash green fodder crop, that hadn't been there the last time we'd visited. 
It was her come back tour from Mohaly on that day  
we bought bagfuls of guavas

This is how the gardener's wife weighed and bagged our guavas.

A guava tree grows fast – grown from seed, it may produce a harvest in its fourth to fifth year.  In the garden we sport Fan Retief and Madeira varieties. Their white blossoms turn into an abundant  fruit supply from April all the way to September, said the gardener.
We really enjoyed a sunny garden filled day.

The whole garden was beautiful but we were all particularly taken by the mud hearth brewing tea.

after fueling up we headed towards our city  
And so it goes today..
