Gardening

It's nice to sit and read or do a spot of crochet on a comfy chair.

Always sunny in here now!

On Monday morning we had a gorgeous clearing and there was even a promise of sunshine, so I grabbed my gardening gloves and spent some quiet time in the garden. I always feel that a little time in the garden reenergises my soul and grounds my mind. It was lovely just to potter and to spend a little time pruning, weeding and just feeling excited by the promise of rain   that is slowly starting to peep through.

Sadly the glorious weather didn't last long and less than 24 hours later this was the view from the garden, what a contrast!

but there is always time to appreciate the pretty things around us and thankfully these pretty ladies dancing is cheering me up no end.

मेरे घर के सामने के पापड़ी के पेड़ पर  अप्रेल के महीने में ढेरों फूल लगते हैं जो कली जैसे लगते हैं और सफेद के साथ लवेंडर टिंच लिए होते हैं   जब वे गिरते हैं तब रात में भी बरसात की तरह टप -टप की आवाज आती है, मैं फूलों से लदी  टहनी को बोतल में लगा कर घर के किसी भी कोने में रख देती हूँ तो वह कोना सचमुच गुलजार हो उठता है.  

The papdi tree in front of my house bears many flowers in the month of April, they look like small buds and are in white and tinch of lavender in colour, they look very beautiful with green shining leaves. when they fall, then there is a sound of dripping like rain even at night, I put a twig laden with flowers in a bottle. If I put it in any corner of the house, then that corner becomes really buzzing.
