Autumn leaves in the stream of life

Autumn ephemeral deco experiments
An experiment is a question which science poses to Nature, and a measurement is the recording of Nature's answer.

Why this post in Spring ............

I did this establishments on my recycled plant vases last year!

My niche with autumn leaves on vases.........

Stream of Life

The same stream of life that runs through my veins night and day
runs through the world and dances in rhythmic measures.
It is the same life that shoots in joy through the dust of the earth
in numberless blades of grass
and breaks into tumultuous waves of leaves and flowers.
It is the same life that is rocked in the ocean-cradle of birth
and of death, in ebb and in flow.
I feel my limbs are made glorious by the touch of this world of life.
And my pride is from the life-throb of ages dancing in my blood this moment.
                                                                     RABINDRANATH TAGORE

This poem is from Tagore’s Gitanjali. It is simply titled “Praan” which means “life” in Bengali. The English translation is by Tagore himself.
The ephemeral deco on recycled plant vases I am sharing with you today is really just a warm up for what I want to share with you today. This is something I have been envisioning in my mind for a while now and patiently waited until autumn had worked its magic on the beautiful leaves of my china rose and the weather spirits were cooperative enough to allow the leaves to not be blown away while we ( my niece and I) worked.  My only regret is that I didn't have a larger canvas to work on but then I would have had even more difficulty photographing it unless suspended from the ceiling. Just so you understand the scale of this, the finished product occupies my entire seat of motorcycle.   I hope it will inspire you regarding ephemeral deco experiments with autumn leaves.  It fits so well with the week of autumn color in the seasons.
Happy day!
