TED
(technology entertainment and design)is a
global set of conferences curated by the American private non-profit sapling foundation
and formed to spread "ideas worth spreading". it first took place
1984 and became an annual conference since 1990. on ted.com you can find
interessting letures/videos to almost every topic. Here is a very nice one
about moving sculptures by Arthur ganson.
Ted is worth having a closer look at, but be careful: you could spend a day or two doing nothing else =)
