 Evening walk -my favorite habits: a daily evening walk. I want to share a couple of reasons why I love this habit so much, and how I recommend starting it if you find that you want to give it a try.

Evening walk means disengagement from the busy day

One of the key reasons that the evening walk has become a crucial part of my daily routine is that it provides a powerful way to quickly become fully disengaged from the activities of the day and the plans, worries or excitement I have lingering.

 For me, the evening walk provides the perfect tech cut-off time and is a key reason I am able to sustain habits through the whole week.

The walk helps me wind down for the day and sleep better when I return,I feel very fresh and hungery, after dinner during TV watch i used to do some crochet or knitting work then go to bed.

आज सुबह पार्कमें घूमते हुए  सफेद आक की चर्चा हुई और पता चला कि यह  गणेश भगवान से संबंधित है..आकर पढ़ा तो यह पाया................बाकी यहाँ पढ़ें

आक दो तरह के होते हैं  सफेद आक कं ही दिखे देताहै..| इसकी जड़ पुरानी हो तो उसमें स्वत: ही गणेश जी की प्रतिमा बन जाती है | यह प्रक्रति का एक आश्चर्य ही है | श्वेतक आक की जड़ (मूल ) यदि खोदकर निकल दी जाये तो निचे की जड़ में गणपति जी की प्रतिमा प्राप्त होगी | इस प्रतिमा का नित्य पूजन करने से साधक को धन-धान्य की प्राप्ति होती है | यह प्रतिमा स्वत: सिद्ध होती है | तन्त्र शास्त्रों के अनुसार ऐशे घर में यंहा यह प्रतिमा स्थापित हो , वंहा रिद्धी-सिद्ध तथा अन्नपूर्णा देवी वस् करती है ,…
हमारे यहाँ आक के दूध को चरखे की म्हाल पर लेपा जाता ता इससे वह् सख्त और टिकाऊ हो जाती थी. चरखे के सुाई पर भी इसे लगाया जाता था.
