BG 3.20-21:By performing their prescribed duties, King Janak and others attained perfection. You should also perform your work to set an example for the good of the world. Whatever actions great persons perform, common people follow. Whatever standards they set, all the world pursues.

 Marigolds
I purchased them by the vendor(gardener)in front of our house  on Dipawali Day itself, my up cycled and black painted tub was filled with vermicompost+ sand + black soil. So, I got them transplanted the marigold plants with these blooms and I also got two big garlands of marigold flowers for puja.
They got little beat-up during transplant but they’ve up since. This will likely be the sum total of my front balcony garden on that day I’ll try to take a picture every week to track progress of the plant. However   the plants were mature ones not seedlings. It was the evening hours when I bought them and soon it becomes darker and it was a little too late and the light in our balcony wasn’t strong enough for my mobile, inefficient camera.
After 15 days or so. They seem to getting over the transplant shock. Hoping  that at least the buds they had will start really growing after some time.

This became a tradition for our diwali deco.
