Fancy crocheted box with lid, How-to Knit

Hello, this is Me.
I  have a small confession to make, and I hope you might be able to relate: I find it really difficult to throw away used glass jars and bottles. Yes, I recycle – of course I do – but I can’t help seeing the repurposing potential in things like stainless steel utensils as well. I have an ever-growing collection on my room’s  windowsill, and although I use them to store all sorts of things, from buttons to coins to crochet hooks, they’re mostly practical, rather than pretty. The solution? A quick and easy, but super-effective Hambly makeover.

Happy recycling!

the leaves for on the flower roses .....the roses were crocheted long back
, and if it hadn’t been for the absolutely delicious yarn where a shining thread is running rhrow, I might have given up as the pattern was a pain in the you know what! However, after making the pattern i mean drawing the pattern on paper, i had made amendments, all good! but what to do with already crocheted roses with leaves You can read more about the previously crocheted roses here.

I have also finished this lovely recycled mug…I bought the mugs last year when I was in Delhi. I have very special memories of the day I bought the mugs, several colourful bowls and some other dishes. this one was used by me for my turmuric milk at night. and it cracked. it was difficult to toss off so i made use of old useless CD’s that were lying around. and did some mosaic work on it.
i will let you know the recipe how i did it on any of the upcoming post.....till then OK!

(Handcrafted Crocheted Leaves)

Beautiful crocheted leaves made with thread and steel hook.

(Tri-leaf Pattern)

i will do it visulizing at it only

(A Bunch of Leaves)

Bhagvat, Music and my crochet

Honoring the  artists of music dance and singing Morari Bapu  said that music is a higher revelation than all wisdom and philosophy

Internet giant Google on Monday honoured renowned Carnatic vocalist MS Subbulakshmi on her 97th birth anniversary with a doodle on its homepage.
Murari Bapu on his Bhagavata katha, at   Gangtok,   Sikkim.  Aastha TV  said, Music  Dancing and Singing are not art  they are really A craft.
He explained the legends about Tansen   that there are stories of his bringing down the rains with Raga Megh Malhar and starting fires with the legendary raga Deepak.  Other legends tell of his ability to bring wild animals to listen with attention (or to talk their language). Once, a wild white elephant was captured, but it was fierce and could not be tamed. Finally, Tansen sang to the elephant who calmed down and the emperor was able to ride him. Such was the power of his music that when he used to sing in the court of Akbar, it is said that candles used to light up automatically.
Don’t confuse these with art forms these are crafts. The real excitations of an individual towards a particular act.

Music is a moral law. It gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and charm and gaiety to life and to everything.

Eye candy stole

I did lots of work on its fringes..........

The experiment appeared to be a triumph of color over texture, of eye candy over everyday?
