Haryanvi Bajara- Khichdi.

 

This is a modified-version of Haryanvi Bajara- Khichdi.

Wash bjara dipping ito enough water that the grains whith husk atttatched will float on the surface of water ,Discard the grains that float drain water from washed bajara. put aside  for half an hour then  crush it in mixer/grinder  giving jerks.Make khichdi like like rice pulse khidi.
