In between my creative  projects, I find it convenient to pick up a small crochet project to work on while I decide on the next thing to make. This bag was started right after I finished Dawn. It took only a few days and I completed it a few weeks ago, but never got round to blogging about it. My photos today have an odd dark tinge probably because it was almost 7pm when I took them and the daylight was already fading.

I've crocheted this bag before but second time round was not necessarily easier. I re-started the base 4 times because I kept getting the stitch count wrong. When I was crocheting the net design, I had to rip back every other row or so because I kept making mistakes.

 

I lengthened the handles so that it can be worn as a sling bag over the shoulders and I added an inner fabric drawstring bag to keep things from falling out.

बरसों पहले.....my crochet , My son

ज़ब मेरा बेटा छोटा था...


ज़ब मेरा बेटा छोटा था तब मैने क्रोसिये का बहुत काम किया था!
कारण ? मेरा बेटा एक पल भी मुझ से दूर नहीं होता था, और मैं मजबूरन उसके पास बैठी क्रोसिया बुनती रहती थी.
उसी समय मैने यह लाल मैक्रेम तार का बैग बनाया था....
और यह सफेद काले प्लास्टिक के मोती गुंथे हुए....
जी हाँ यह अब भी मेरे पास सुरक्षित हैं....और यह फोटो अब के लिये हैं....
नीचे क्लोज-अप देखिये यह इनसे बचे तारों से छोटा पर्स मैंने था....

इसकी लाइनिंग कुछ ऐसी लगी थी कि जगह छोटी पड़ रही थी...
मैने इसकी लाइनिंग उधेड़ कर इस पर फ्लैप बनाई .....
इसके हैंडल लगाकर एवं लाइनिंग और ज़िप वाली जेबें लगा कर इसका स्पेस बढ़ा इसे ज्यादा उपयोगी बनाने का मेरा ईरादा है.....
यह हंडल बने पड़े हैं
अभी काम बाकी है.... बटन, हैंडल, जेबें लगानी बाकी हैं.....
यदि संभाल कर रखी जाएँ तो कितने समय तक चलती हैं चीजें.....
मेरा बेटा ज़ब मैने ऊपर दिये पर्स बनाये थे ....उसके कुछ दिनों बाद स्टूडियो की गर्मी में नाराज होते हुए.... यहाँ मिसेज डी सी से के जी की डिग्री लेते हुए .....अब वह के जी ग्रेजुएट हो गया था...
और मेरे बेटा अब....देखिये अब यह बड़ा हो गया है.....
