one flower arrangement

I was at the market today and couldn’t help but stop and look at the beautiful floral arrangements.  I could buy a small bouquet and place it in a small vase. I didn’t want to spend the big bucks on the bigger one, but I wanted a nice, full, beautiful floral arrangement for the table near the front door.
I got to thinking and decided to purchase the most interesting, yet least expensive. The one I chose had this wonderful cabbagy looking rose flower bouquet and a good balance of bright green and red. It was a little puny, but I didn't want to pay for filler. I took it home to see what I could add to it. On coming home I put the bouquet aside.

I went outside with my clippers but it’s been pretty hot so there wasn’t much to chose from.  I trimmed three blooms from the champa (Plumeria) tree, and a couple of stems from my Thuja.  I found some  Jatropha that hadn’t disintegrated. And I grab three little bottles of nail polish remover.

Luckily that’s all these blooms needed for a mini arrangement, better Wow! I didn’t used my Thuja and Jatropha  and put them in the bucket of water for evening arrangement.

See, sometime that’s all it takes. You don’t have to buy the most expensive; it can just end up looking that way.

My balcony

Well I had chopped of my Champa tree
(White Plumeria, White Frangipani) and hey...it turned into four Champa(White Plumeria, White Frangipani) ...I got a few more tiny trees sprouting....it's now...to cut...or not to cut....what do you think?

I replanted this accidently turnout branch of my champa in new pots

the original champa
The White Champa is a small evergreen tree that grows up to 4.5 metre with swollen, fleshy branches. This Indian medicinal plant is considered as highly precious for its properties. Botanically the plant is recognized as White Plumeria.
Thought of writing on some other topic....but then I got lost in my thoughts and had decided to post some photos on the plants that I have at home... not much of a choice anyway for my blog...

I am having a busy schedule  from this Sunday until Thursday next week( in the mornings only) because of some sewing projects and I promise to update my blog with better stuff...

Naptime Craftime: toddler tunic

Do good any way.........

People are often unreasonable, irrational, and self-centered.

Forgive them anyway.

If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives.

Be kind anyway.

If you are successful, you will win some unfaithful friends and some genuine enemies.

Succeed anyway.

If you are honest and sincere people may deceive you.

Be honest and sincere anyway.

What you spend years creating, others could destroy overnight.

Create anyway.

If you find serenity and happiness, some may be jealous.

Be happy anyway.

The good you do today, will often be forgotten.

Do good anyway.

Give the best you have, and it will never be enough.

Give your best anyway.

In the final analysis, it is between you and God.

It was never between you and them anyway.

Mother Teresa

THIS SIGHT inspires me a lot..
