My parents were always very flirtatious, in
their humility, when they had to attend a family event. They always
praised everything I did with my hands since I was little; they always
encouraged me with my creations. I feel that way doing embroidery, sewing
dresses for my siblings, spinning,, weaving durries,galichas,
elegantly seen a tree, which has its roots in the earth and its crown in the
sky. I try to symbolize this beautiful moment, between us who are here and
those who are there.
